TO RESERVE PUPPIES

A puppy will not be held without a deposit. Once we receive proof of a deposit payment - through a tracking number, wire reference number from Walmart, Western Union or Bank wire - a puppy will be held. Please be advised that to reserve a puppy over 6 weeks, a deposit of 50% of the puppy's price is required. Puppies under 6 weeks can be reserved with a $500 payment.

FINAL PAYMENT

Payment in full is due when puppies are 9 weeks old  ( 1 week grace period gives customers until 10 weeks old ) unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties.  Customers who reserve a puppy older then 9 weeks old may have  up to 2 weeks to have the balance paid in full , no longer.

Deposits and payments are not refundable if buyer backs out of purchase for any reason. Final payments are to be made no later then 10 weeks ( unless other arrangements are contracted )  or the puppy will be  determined abandoned and will be placed up for sale, with any payments on file forfeited. Seller makes all efforts to contact the buyer before resorting to such measures.

PAYMENTS YOU MAY PREFER

Bank to bank wires - Can be free if you have the same bank as we do, otherwise my bank charges $15  and we ask the buyers to cover this charge.

Deposit of cash into our bank account.

RELEASE- Customers are given an estimated release date. An actual release date can only be concluded upon the individual progress and development of each puppy.

Flights
Puppies  who are flown will have a health exam and certificate before flying. They will be examined by a licensed Veterinarian. We  fly puppies within the  U.S. and Canada. Puppies are made comfortable with blankets, and toys. They have food and water available in the carrier during their fight. A folder with paperwork, vaccine and de-worming information is placed in the carrier under waterproof material.
We ask that you not limit us to a set day or a set time in a day. If we are restricted to one certain day or a set time in a day then an additional fee may apply if we must reschedule our work days around the shipping of your puppy. There is plenty of planning involved in preparing a puppy for flight so we request that buyers be flexible and open to receiving the puppy according to our convenience and the well being of the puppy.

REGISTRATION
Puppies are sold with either AKC or CKC registration. Breeding rights occasional approved at an additional cost if puppy is breeding quality and the person requesting rights is approved for them.

Once Buyer Takes Custody the puppy is required  be examined within 48 hours. A  fecal floatation is required at this initial Vet appointment.. The Vet exam and fecal float  are required to be completed within the time frame given in order to have a health warranty.

SCHEDULING A VISIT TO  VIEW PUPPIES-  We show puppies only to those who have decided to choose us for their breeder. We no longer show puppies to just anyone. People tend to breeder hop from home to home and carry bacteria and viruses from one breeder's home to another.  We charge a  prepaid waiting list deposit of a minimum of  $100 to view puppies.  The $100 goes towards your purchase of a puppy. If you do not show up the day set for your appointment then the fee is non-refundable and forfeited. If you do show up but decide you do not wish to adopt one of the puppies you are viewing then the $100 is held for 1 year on the waiting list, as a credit, towards a puppy you adopt from us.

NUVET  is required as part of our  health warranty and must be continued for as long as the puppy is under our health warranty. Usually just one or two  containers will last the entire year. We advise to give half the dose as the full daily dose is too rich for a small breed puppy.
Most breeders  now require Nuvet be given during the active growth period of 3 to 12 months to support bone, organ , brain and connective tissue.
Ordering Nu-Vet is easy and we have provided a link on our home page. ( it cannot be bought in stores)

DIET: We require puppies be kept on the  premium dry  puppy foods we have feed them . We use "BLUE"  SMALL BREED PUPPY and WELLNESS.

WAITING LIST DEPOSITS go towards purchase of a puppy from us. If you are buying two puppies we require a waiting list deposit for each puppy. Waiting List deposits are valid for 1 year , BUT if you have not found a puppy within one year you may request a 6 month extension. Deposits not used within  18 months are forfeited. Deposits are not refundable.

DOUBLE PUPPY PURCHASE: Each puppy is viewed as an individual purchase and contracted as such. A deposit on each puppy will be required. Deposits from one puppy can not be transferred over to the other puppy regardless of siutation.
